Default problem with synthetic rope

got a warn 2.0 winch.. put a synthetic rope on it (great) not really.. i'm having problems with the rock guard hanging in the winch.. which is not letting the rope come out.. i'm having to take the rollers off just to pull the guard out so the rope will come out.. need help.. winches are no good if you cann't get the rope to come out..

Some roller fairleads are bigger than others, but you should use the hawse style fairleads with synthetic rope

i dont get it. why would no rollers be better than rollers? youd think it be less strain on the rope useing a rollar fair lead compaierd to the solid alum ones. makes no sense to me.

They say, either make sure your rollers are darn smooth or buy a new fairlead if your switching from steel

Cut off that crappy rock guard it's gonna cause you nothing but heartaches. I cut mine off first thing when I got it. My friend has a rhino with a warn xt on it and we had to hook my X2 to the cable to get it spooled out when his sleeve got tangled up.

i dunno.. that roller looks like it was made for synthetic rope... i know my old one for cable didnt look like that... but the hawse mount dont let mine bind or get wedged.. i dunno if you are having that problem.. my tree sleeve gave me trouble a couple times with the guard in the back.. i just bent it out a little more... mynes a super winch tho not a warn...

i bought my rope off ebay for like 45.00 to my door and came with the hawse mount
