Nice setup! Have a quick question(s): What kind of mirror did you install? Brand and type? How is the quality?

I'm looking to install one this season...and looking for any word on what you installed.

Thanks,
biz

It is a **** Bar End Atv Mirror, they run around $25

It has been great, I have been using the same mirror for over 3 years. It even folded itself out of the way when I rolled the machine. It is very well made.

Know it doesn't show much of my atv, but thought it was a nice pic.

bjugen, Do you have big enough mirrors? Those would nice, but they wouldn't last 10 min. on some of the trails I ride. How do you keep them in one piece?

Hehe, this atv is registered as an "EU-tractor", meaning it is limited to 40km/h and come with these big tractor-like mirrors.Strangely, the same atv's that are registered as motorcycles come with smaller mirrors that is mounted on the handlebars.
I read somewhere that it has these big mirrors because apparently most "farmers"(or anyone else that buys an atv like this) are a bit old, and have poor vision . Don't know if it is true, but an interesting theory

But i am planning to replace the mirrors with handlebar-mounted mirrors. How do you mount these with handguards anyway? looks like it isn't enough space for both...

(btw, the thing that limited it to 40 km/h is long gone )

I mounted the kolpin handguards with mirrors built in on my sportsman. I'm sure they definitely don't work as well as those honkers, but well enough that I can see cars coming up on me or other riders behind me.
