HD, what all is involved in the quick disconnect mod?

I can't find the link but in a nut shell the quick disconnect mod replaces the bolts in the swaybar with new bolts that have a hole in the threaded end. Instead of needing a wrench to get things apart you just pull a pin. You also need to drill two holes in the rear rack because when you unhook the swaybar you'll flip the ends up and re-pin them to the rack.
Once set up you can hook and unhook the swaybar in just a few seconds.....
