I have an 05 700 carb and have not had much of any issues with it. The water pump leaks a bit (mainly in cold weather) and the carb boot cracked. Other than that it has been great.

Question

When it idles its at 1150 rpms is this correct ? It sounds alittle rough but 2 people have told me thats how the 7 and 800s are.

No issues riding or anything .. Its been great fun. Cant thank everyone enough for pushing me in this direction

last question anyone have link to service manual?

Thanks again for your time and help

Yes, 1150 RPM at idle is correct. Not sure if the rough idle is correct, mine may do it but I am used to a twin, and it is a CARB model.
