Default Amsoil oil change

Is Amsoil full synthetic ok to use on this 2008 700 EFI? The person on the phone mentioned using a blended but I said the manual requires synthetic. She said she had Amsoil. I've only got 35 hours on this but I just wanted to change the oil and check other fluids before my elk hunt in September. I changed the oil myself at about 15 hours (7-8 months ago) using Polaris oil and filter. Thanks for the help.

Default Amsoil

I have been using Amsoil Full Synthetic since my first oil change with no problems on my 07 800. I also use there Synthetic chaincase lube in my trans. I have 1600 trouble free miles so far.
Good Day

I use Amsoil Formula 4-Stroke PowerSports 0W-40 Synthetic in my '05 700 EFI. Everything seems to run great.

Amsoil will work fine. I am a dealer for it and havent had an issue with any customers on it. Cheaper than "Polaris" oil too.

Blends are the biggest rip off out there. There just basically a cheap conventional oil withs a higher synthetic price tag.

I read that blends only have 10% synthetic in them at most.

That's what I'm wanting to use. But, as I just called em they only have the 10w-. I didn't want that. I have a January bow hunt for deer and February rifle hunt for Barbary sheep. I want to make sure I have the protection I'm gonna need during this time period. Thanks for everybody's input!

Probably just out of stock temporarily. I just ordered some a couple of weeks ago.

Well, after talking to my dealer no way I'm gonna use something that will void my remaining 4 years of warranty. If I could find some Amsoil 0w-40 4-stroke full synthetic I would use that but nobody in town has some. This kit should work. POLARIS SPORTSMAN RANGER XP TWIN OIL & FLUID CHANGE KIT:eBay Motors (item 220414282356 end time Aug-11-09 13:52:04 PDT). It seems the only reason the part numbers don't match w/ my manual is due to the quantity of the lubricants (8oz. versus a quart). Is this an ok kit?
