What bike is this on, and my 700 did this, and it was from water in the plug boot's, so first I would adjust the throttle cable to around an 1/8" slack, and then pull off the plug boots, and blow them out with compressed air, and also blow out, and wipe off the plug itself, and the inside of the boot, and then Lube them up VERY good with die electric grease, I did this for about the next 2 or 3 rides, and everything has been good for almost a year now
