I have a 2000 xpedition 425 and I would like
to know if the IDS2 system for the magnum 500
will fit my xpedition?

 

I am not sure if the Magnum 500 exhaust will fit, but I know that the Magnum 425 exhaust can be made to fit.

 

425expedition what kind of mods do I have to do to it to make it fit?

The headpipe has to be bent a little. Bolt it on then grab the end of it and pull up. To mount the silencer you turn the bracket sideways and bolt it to the rack support. Then grind the mounting tab on the silencer so it will clear the rack support. Took me about 30 minutes start to finish to make it work. But I think Supertrapp has finally made an exhuast for the Xpedition.

 

So, if the 2000 Scrambler 500 has the same mounting brackets as my 6x6, I could buy it and it would work??
