predator 50cc overheating?

Mike: The '04 Predator is a 2-stroke, right? Sounds like you MIGHT be suffering from a mild piston seizure. Is that a "mixer" or does it have oil injection? Either way, make sure it is getting 2 stroke oil in with the gas mixture or exactly what you describe is what happens - engine runs a while B 4 the piston gets too hot and sticks in the cylinder. Once it cools, you can start it again, warms up, sticks again, etc. .
