Default 02 sp 600

OK guys I had intentions to wait till spring to buy a new sportsman but came across a deal on an 02 sp 600. Here's the details: 02 sp 600, 2500 winch, snow plow, and only 30 hrs on it. It is owned by an much older gentlemen who claims he only used it to plow his drive way and do some light work around the yard. Never even seen a trail or mud. This thing looks like it just rolled off the show room floor. Asking price $3800 I know I can get a new one for just a little more but does this sound like a good deal or not.

The Sportsman 600 never came out until 2003 model year..Our family have two 600's and they both have been great machines..They were the favorites until the Sportsman 550 xp showed up.The 600's have been pretty much trouble free..That also seems to be a really good price..

I kinda wondered about the year. Of course When I say the guy selling the sp was much older I really mean alot older probably pushing 75-80, maybe his memory is'nt so good when it came to model year. Anyways I just visited my local dealer today and he threw me the keys to a 09 xp w/eps demo and said go hit the trails out back for a while. All I can say is wow! I'll be holding out for a left behind 09 or2010 xp model. Some other guy will have to get a bargain on a barely used 600.
