Cooling fan runs continuesly

What you said about the fan running without the key on ..Makes me think it is a bad ECM.........My first ECM replaced do to the Quad shutting off whenever the headlights were turned on.
The second ECM was the fan running without the key even in the switch and the quad stone cold, sitting for over 4 hours.....
The third one has not given me any trouble at all so far.......Caper........

Well if it makes you feel any better My second one was covered under warranty even though I was over by about 8 months.
Polaris will cover the parts I'm sure, (they know it's a problem), but it will all depend on the dealer you have ...IMO......Some will go out of there way just to make the customer happy ........They do want you to return again and spend more money , Right!!
Hope everthing works out for you, they will run you VIN # and go from there.....Tell them it is a fire issue!..................Caper............

The mechanic looked surprised when I told him the fan was unplugged and then he plugged it up while the key was out and it started blowing. But your right about the dealers,my brother sold his Bad Boy Buggie and went in to buy a Ranger last month and they didn't want to deal any kind of way. Drove to another dealer outta town and drove off with a new Ranger plus a Polaris gun boot for the Ranger
