Default Gorilla Winch not working on Xplorer

I have a 3000lb gorilla winch on my xplorer400. The thing wont reel out if its in the engaged mode, it reels in just fine just not out. I tried cleaning connections and checking wires and such and nothin. Anyone have any ideas? Is it a bad solenoid?

Thanks

have you checked the contractor and make shure its working correctly? the contractor will power one wire on the way in, and then power the other wire on the way out...... and obvisly the opisite wire will be grounded. is what it sounds like to me would be the issue.

it's a bad contacter most likely. just switch wires onthe winch from top to bottom. if it works in the direction it didn't before, then you know its a bad contacter/solenoid. imo
