The pipe will not affect engagement RPM.

Its tough to say without seeing it. If the bushings seem ok and the weights/rollers are ok, I would check what you have compared to what is stock for your machine/altitude.

why can i replace ever single part in the clutch except like washers for 132.00 but a rebuild kit is 159.00 and a clutch kit is 179.00 i went to cheapcycleparts and went to oem and replaced every part that would be worn out except the main housing components

ok did a little research and found that some after market clutch kits make it engage at higher rpm so now my question can i tell by markings on any thing in there that it is after market and not stock

you can tell by the color of the spring(most of the time) and by the number stamped on the side of the weights if it isn't stock or not. if it does have a kit in it, then the secondary clutch might have a differnt spring and maybe helix as well. also may have the helix set at a stiffer rate.

What year and model is your machine? If you can get me that i should be able to tell what stock parts should be as far as spring colors and weights.

Stock parts should be:
Primary spring Blue with a green stripe
Weights have a G on the side, weigh 48grams
Secondary spring is Red in the 2-2 position
Helix is 40 Degree, (no always marked)

Any changes in these will change both engagement and or top rpms.

If you are putting engine and mods back to stock you will need to put clutching back to stock or a combination or kit that is designed to work with your stock set up. Also if you took pipe off you will need to adjust the jetting.
