Realter a/t on scrambler

Does anyoe know if realters will fit on stock rims? The stock tire is 22x11x10 and the realter is 22x12x10, what does the center number stand for? I know with trucksyou can vary the numbers a little. Any experiece would help. Thanks

yeah they will fit it's hieght by width by rim size also realators are great tires.
