That's a pretty nice package at that price.

Not sure that color is new for Polaris it looks the same color as this Nuclear Sunset 08 SP800 to me. TOP PIC The new orange 500 is the Bottom Pic.

I just saw one at a dealer on yesterday. It was different, the plastic its self is orange not painted so its got a dull finish with not much luster to it. Nothing like the older orange or nuclear sunset on the XP's.

Yeah, I saw one at my dealer this weekend. The orange is flat, doesn't "pop" like the nuclear sunset, or the 06' Scrambler, or my 07' Orange Crush Victory Jackpot. Kinda disappointing.

I am thinking we have very few years left of the 500 (old body style) - until they get rid of the old style parts stock pile. The new body style machines have realy taken off.

I agree, I think still selling the SP500 and SP800 just dips into Polaris XP550 and XP850 sales.

Just like when Yamaha made both the 660 grizzly and 700 grizzly in the same years it made no sence.

If Polaris drops the Sportsmans for the XP style, I assume the military will adopt to the new XP?....and I think the 6X6 would look pretty cool in the XP style too.

There is still a market for the 500 until the 550 XP price comes down quite a bit.
