Default Polaris Phoenix

I have a 2006 Polaris Phoenix. The bike runs fine, but when I wash it itwill run bad for a while before clearing. Have two friends with same problem. Seems like water may get into the carb. Any thoughts. Thanks

It does sound like some water is getting in the airbox. Simple solution is to check after you wash it and see if water is getting in or not. If not, it might be getting into an electrical connection that would short it until dried out.

You could which I did on my 08 is to pull apart any electrical connections you see and add some dielectric grease . I always after I wash the bike is start her and let her run till she warms up and things dry out . I've even talked to guys who let there bikes run while they wash them .
