And I was saying maybe YOU need to lawyer up lol
Kind of odd the letter says in coperation with the CPSC but there is nothing on the CPSC website and according to one owner who called the CPSC they had no information about it??

News to me. The only thing I saw was a bulletin at the dealer.

Same thing here, mine was in shop for the rear axles. They did the axle change but they are still wating on the front end kit. I rode yestersay and a little today and everything seemed fine. They will put the front end kit in later. They checked the front and said it looked OK. It seem's Polaris was a little "lax" in their QA dept. before releasing these machines out for sale to the public. Hard pill for a lot of customer's to swallow tying up a 10k machine for week's waiting to get these problem's corrected. I wonder if I can add some freight charges for running back and forth to get their problem's corrected!

Maybe the CPSC is just behind the curve...I know a week or so ago one owner called them and whoever they talked to had no info on it...
