Who makes the best boot?

I'm getting ready to order some boots. Motocross boots. Has anyone ever worn a pair of Sidi boots? They are the only company who makes somewhat of a waterproof boot. Just what I'm looking for. But if they don't hold up I'm not spending the money. What boots are comfortable and hold up to wear the best? Any opinions are greatly acceptable.

I have been looking into some new boots for quite some time now. I am fixing to order the Sidi Tae Flex w/ SRS. You'll wear the soles off b/f you wear the boot out; thats why I want the SRS.
