03 700 Dyno
#1
This is the first time that I had anything constructive to ad.
These runs are a 2003 Sportsman 700 @ 3500ft @ the rear wheels on a 168R Dynojet Chassis Dyno
The First chart is stock vs K&N Air Filter,Air Box Lid Neck Cut Down About 2" And Blended, 148 Main Jet, Stock Needle In The First Slot,Stock Stinger Removed From Muffler and Replaced with 1.5" ID Pipe.
#2 Is Same Set Up Just 700 Air Box Lid VS 800 Air Box Lid
I may swap the headers out also just to see.

its hard to take any type of dyno from the rear wheels when you cant lock in the gear ratio of the cvt. i wouldnt even begin to guess how accurate that number is, but atleast you can use it as a baseline on future mods.
