Plowing hard on transmission?

Switz and Jeff.....I will check the linkage, that makes a lot of sense. It feels like the linkage now that you mention it. It's tight sometimes. Bike is only a year old. Guess I'd better check it out.

Switz....Can you elaborate on that a bit more. I'd like to check it out. I know it won't be exactly the same, but I'd like to hear some more about your experience with it.

I just went through this on my 700. The linkage needed adjustment but also found inside the plastic case that it was frozen solid in there...pulled apart, thawed it out, filled with grease and siliconed the snot out of it and like butter ever since....
