Default Laws or not?

Right now i"m running a 500 HO.w/AAEN slip on/2"lift/ and EPI extreme mudder clutch kit/ and I'm running the 27's Mud machine BI/Tri claws on ss 212 rims and thats a 12"rim..Which are awesome..but all my buddies are runnin 30's and bigger..which i dont really ever get stuck..I have not had a CV problem..So my question is should i jump to the laws 29.5 we ride alot of mud and deep water..The Laws depth tread is only a 1 1/4 and my 27's have a 1 1/2 depth..so is it worth the $640 to drop to get the 29.5's?? Are they really all the Hype that people talk about them??I've fallowed people through some nasty stuff that was runnin the laws...What do yall think??

I hate to sound like your mom or dad but, do what works for ya. If all your friends jumped off a bridge, would you? If you jump to bigger tires you might start having issues like drive train, joints, suspension, etc. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Just my 2 cents.

Save your money until you cannot follow your buddies. Not worth buying cv joints.
