2008 700 x2

Just wounding if the guys that have the 700 x2 are getting better fule mileage than mine I get around 8mpg just going slow no more than 10-15 high gear no load have only 318 miles on the clock

you should be getting alot better then that. the 800's will get that driving them extremly hard so you should be getting in the teens for milage unless your driving totally in low range all the time.

You should be getting around 100-130 miles per tank or more. The slower I go with my 2008 700x2 the lower the mileage. My brother's 800x2 had an automatic choke problem when he first got it. That sure used the fuel.

For comparison, I get about 20 mpg on open stretches and about 18 or so in the slow going. That's with the 500cc X2.

Thanks maybe some one can help with this dont know what I just bought other than its a yamaha numbers on frame JY452H0070024333 on motor 52H-024333 what do you think

you might want to post that last thread on the yamaha section if someone can't tell you here for better results or least put a picture of it up w/ more details.
