well iv actuly done pretty good not getting stuck. but in this case i was pushing it over the edge. since i didnt want to start stacking somewhere else. as room seems to be getting tighter with all the snow. but there is a lip so i hada lift the plow up or it catches. but while lifting the plow my hand wasent fast enought to stop so it whent over and well it sunk. no more backing up on its own. then i thought the more i try to get it out the worse its gona get. so i hada go unhook the trailer, dig out the chain. and in about 5mins it was all over.

well the zillas will ride rougher on hard surfaces, because they aren't radial and the wide lug spacing will give them a little wobble too. And they will wear down faster because they are a softer rubber, but in the mud the spaced out lugs will dig very well, and clean out just as well. But yes, price is a big factor.

Chuck...
It's funny as I was scrolling down thru your pics, when I got to the one where you got stuck, I was like,"Damn he looks stuck there". Then 2 pics later I see the chain...Great pics though...We were supposed to get 12-18" here in NY and ended up getting about 5".. These weather people don't know crap half the time...

700..
Great pics as well. Those XTR's look great on your machine...

Funny how things are sometimes. Like I didn't think the XTRs were as great in the MUD as many bragged about whereby I have got hung up in the same mud hole as some running PXT stock went thru, that said I still like them. But I really really like how they handle in the SNOW! So there is something to be said when you invest in a tire what all qualities you look for based on the kind of riding you do!

I think what I would like is to keep these as my MUD and SNOW tire but be able to change out with Big Horns on the mountain rock trails.

Regards,

R'

Cool pics.

Out of curiosity, where could I find set of chains for towing like that? I have been searching craigslist for awhile and haven't had much luck. I would want a set for emergency use, longer reaches, etc. I am guessing the people in my area aren't giving them up easily, thus the lack of search results. I would think new would be fairly expensive???
