broken belt

take your belt back off and try and turn the oneway clutch on the primary clutch backward opposite direction of engine rotation. if it doesnt move free and smoothly then its most likely your problem.it is what is used for engine braking looks just like a bushing on the clutch shaft between the clutch sheeves.ifs its stuck on the shaft and doesnt free wheel it will cause machine to creep and make it very hard to get it out of gear.because its always tring to pull the belt forward.

you need specail tools for replacing the ebs bushing. most likely you need to take the clutch off the bike and give it to a dealer to repalce it. you should be able to roll the it in one direction and not the other. this is w/ the belt off of course. the idle is a little high, but it's not high enough to have the clutch start to engage. make sure the cable adjusted under the protector sleeve up by the throttle isn't too tight causing it to rev up.
