Default Sunked XP's

Any of you XP guys ever sink your quad and lived to tell about it? lol..lol
Well some of us maybe interested in knowing how the XP's handle deep
water. I am interested to know how well it does before it takes on water.

I have found my Sportsman to be pretty good going up to the seat (all stock)
and never had issues. So how does the stock setup do? Is the Air Snorkel
up any higher? Post pics and videos if ya like, show off that submarine!

Cheers,

R'

I'll second that!

And it's "sunk" not "sinked"!

At any rate....cool video...I'd do that if I knew how deep it was before entering...the fear of not knowing how deep the water is keeps me away from a lot of holes.

Never sank mine but had it as deep as the top of the wheels or a bit more many times and it did just great. Even pulled a broken arctic cat 650 with driver through 20 miles of muddy trail once. Was worried about my belt but it held up just fine.

Still have the stock wheels on mine but hope to put some bighorns on soon.

R....That would be "you're", not your. It's the contraction of you are.....Sorry....had to say it

I've sunk mine up to the tank by accident. It's no different than any other Polaris....it won't move until the PVT is drained and dried out. I know a guy with an 850 that sank it above the tank and it cost him $3800 and a most of his fall riding season. No different than any other ATV.
