Default Air Shocks...

After reading a thread about 850xp front sag I got to thinking...Do you guys think if we could find an air shock with the proper amount of travel and with a diameter small enough to fit inside our springs that we can solve some of our sag problems? I have EPI frontsprings and they work great but if we also had the option of an air shock inside the spring to complement them it would be even nicer...I would definitely do the rears as well...What do you guys think???

just looking at the page i posted and it doesn't have a polaris listed on the drop down for fittment so i just assumed they wouldn't work. it would be nice if they do have some that fit as i love my fox shocks on my sled.

Now you all know why I created that ELK shocks thread. Though not air shocks but gas shocks with all the great stuff. And they do have them for our Sportsmans.

If we can get enough folks together we could do a group buy and burden the costs. - IMO

Wish I had more $$$, lol..lol

I know I sure would like air shocks with a on board compressor.I think it would also come in handy when you are stuck or high centered just hit the raise button

Yea that would be cool to hit a mud hole and hit the GO GO GADGET button and raise the quad to get thru and the on-board compressor would also serve to air the tires to for trail use.

Okay enough talking about this we have had similar discussions in other threads, who out there is going to do it? Come on you weekend engineers! lol.......lol

that's an XP in the pic. for sure, but those aren't air shocks (Floats) they're just coil over's with a res.
