I have just been looking into these since the front end drops drastically when I put the plow on. I just am not sure if I wanted to go the HD spring route or small homemade spacer or these adjusters..

That is the same reason I added the adjusters. now my bike barely moves when I raise my plow. The nice thing about the pregessor spring adjusters is that you can leave it on the lowest setting and it is basically stock. I looked into heavy duty springs but decided that I didn't want the quad to beat me to death on trail rides.......

how hard are they to install? Would I only need a spring compression tool?

What homemade idea?

Wow, that place needs to do some local advertising. I live just a few miles away and I've never even heard of them. I might have to stop in there sometime and take a look around.

I did the homemade spacers and what a difference. Feels like a new machine.
Mine is an 09 and in less then a year the front springs were sagging badly. The plow would sink the front end at least 3 inches before it would start lifting.
With the homemade spacers the plow workes sooo much better and the steering and overall ride was improved.
Also allows the front to come up in low gear if the need to show off hits you.
