Default oil in carb

I rececently acquired a used 93 350l 4x4. My uncle said it would not start and that I could have it. It has not been started in 6 months, and he said when he tried to start it two months ago that it would crank but not fire. I checked for spark and it had it. I took the fuel line off the carb and gas flowed. I finished taking the carb out and the took off the bowl, and it was full of clean blue polaris oil. I would guess the pump is stuck open, or what else would cause this? how should I go about fixing it?

most likely the carb needs to come of and be cleaned where it has ben sitting. isn't the oil injection to the intake and not to the carb on that bike? unless there is mixed gas and the gas starting drying up and left oil in carb?

I cleaned the carb, put it back in. I was waiting for the battery to charge so I put another one that was dead in it. two pulls and fired right up. It ran pretty good, smoked a little but ran. I need to adjust the idle a little. I believe that the oil inject in front of the carb closer to the reeds. My uncle was not mixing the gas, and there was only oil in the carb, it was clean almost like windex. Any other ideas?
