Sawtooth 200 help

Sounds like the secondary clutch is set wrong, there are different holes to set the spring in, have that checked.

Thanks for all of the input folks. Hard to believe that an afternoon on here got me more ideas than the dealer I bought the quad from came up with. Compression is bang on specs as far as manual shows. Changed plug and threw out factory air filter for an after market one. World of difference as far as I can tell. Hauled my fat but up a hill i would of had to push her up before. Soon as snow melts a little more we will take it out and let my girl have some fun on it. Not bad considering we have had it for almost four years. Thanks tons again guys and or gals.

My daughter's sawtooth was having a problem climbing small hills and it turned out to be a sticking front brake caliper. Once replaced, was fine. Pilot jet plugs easy, making for hard starts.
