funride , didnt mean to confuse anybody. was looking at putting all the way around the 27x9-14 grim reapers on my black steel rims ( on camo models ). i do understand what dct was saying, it does make sense. 2 options (1) - get 2 more stock rear rims from the dealer and put them on the front so there all even width.= $120 (2) - get a pair of aftermarket cheap rims like the douglas rattlesnakes or the vision 161 in black.= $200 - $300 this has turned into a clusterf??k. . just for a pair of tires. sorry didnt mean to highjack the thread.

We ride in the same mix as the OP, 60% trail/40% mud, with the occasional mud ride. I have looked at all the tires, and currently have outlaws. Next time I am going with the Maxxis Zillas (different than the Mudzillas). They are light in weight and have a nice open tread pattern. I have buddies with them and they are a great mix. Not as much mud traction as an outlaw, but much smoother ride.
