Hey guys~
When you go to the Polaris home page, there is a screen that pops up. It says something about an announcement on 3/1/01! I'm guessing it's just the 700cc 4 stroke, 48hp snowmobile. Anybody know what else it could be?

 

Yeah, I agree with the 4 stroke snowmobile. Arctic Cat came out with a 4 stroke this season, it appears Polaris going that way now.

 

Got a hankering it MIGHT be, just could be, wonder if, hoping, the much talked about 700cc Sportsman. better be....

 

its not the four-stroke sled. the four-stroke sled has already been released, u can read the prss release on polaris's web site. i think it will be a new sled, ive herd it might be a 900 but im not sure. polaris wont make a big anouncement for the four-stroke because its not a big seller and with only 48hp its not eactly a neck-snapper.

It will be a Snowmobile for sure....Look at that pop-up carefully, it's a blacked out snowmobile with lights flashing on it.

Why would it be a new ATV if there is a snowmobile being shown blacked out??

 

I think is will be a big bore. And of course a sled. Probably something to compete with the AC ThunderCat.

 

no new sleds, all it is, is the introduction of Snow Check. no big deal, happiens every year.

Well, let me rephrase that. Compete with the Thunder Cat, only make it easy to control and ride, unlike the AC.
