Default 04 sportsman 500 water pump and drive belt

Hello I have a friend with a 04 Sportsman 500 that needs a water pump and a drive belt. He asked if I could do it and I don't know if I can. I'm a licensed auto tech and am very mechanically inclined but haven't worked on too many atv's. Are these jobs that hard and any special tools needed? Anyone have a repair manual they could scan for me? Thanks

Kel

Default water pump

hi it takes a special puller to pull the water pump seal out of the motor.you should be able to take it apart and just have someone pull it for you. then put the new seal in and put it back togeather.Belts no problem to change.
