Thanks for the valve settings. I reset the gaps and still had the problem. I went onto the fuel pump and began removing the two screws that hold it in place along the top frame. Then I went to remove the screws that keep all the plates together on the pump and found them VERY loose. I went ahead and tore it apart, cleaned it, and tightened the screws down.
Fired it up and WHALLA!
