Default 2005 sportsman 500 HO spark plug change

Any tips on removing the spark plug on a 2005 sportsman 500 HO. I can get the supplied spark plug socket in and around the plug but can't get it to seat on the plug to break it loose.

It's tight in there. Try blowing out the hole with compressed air first. Sometimes crud will get in there and make it really difficult to get a good bite on the plug.

I was looking at where my plug is the other day. Damn that thing is burried. Looks almost like you have to lift the tank just to get decent access to it. Wouldn't want to try pulling it out while on the trail.

regular spark-plug socket and 3/8 ratchet works better
