Adc vs ebs
#12
I tried mine out on a fairly steep hill that i have went down several times on the old honda rubicon in low range first gear......in high range the 850 held back better and i felt more in control....the bars did not feel as heavy as the honda was as i decended

i believe adc only works when the switch is on adx/4x4, throttle is closed, atv is in a gear, and under 15mph.

Must be nice to have the option of adc on/off with the AWD. My 07 is either 2wd or AWD/ADC. Have found it anoyying at times when slow trail riding and technical areas where AWD is needed but not the ADC. Have just about went over bars once in a rough area when I abruptly let off the throttle. But most of the time I'm glad I have it.

Tried both systems today on the same hill & found there is a difference.
EBS went down @ 3-4 mph.
ADC " " " " " 1 mph.
Problem was that I was giving some throttle in ADC and it would not engage until released.
Thanks for the input.

ok guys alittle more info for you on the adc if you already didn't know. w/ the adc turned on (switched in awd/adc if equiped after 08',07's only had the "on" option w/awd on the delux models) the bike must be going under 15 mph and the throttle completely let off(no pressure on it) and the bike be in gear for the adc to be activated. hope this clears it up.
