changing plugs on an xp

can anyone give me a detailed know how on changing the plugs on the xp. without the destroying the black push-thru's

Must be a 850 as he said plugs the 550 is a single .

if your talkin about the push pins on the side panels, in the tool kit that came with the machine there is a pair of pliers with a notch in the end, you can grab the pins and pull them out easy with these
