95 trail boss carburetor question

Can anyone help me on the adjustment procedure on 95 trailboss carburator . I am having trouble with the float and needle valve adjustment. Thank You

most of them are simply square with the carb half,i set mine slightly up when its upside down,,,,,,,,,,
