oil cooler fan
#2
Welcome to the forums.
I had a 2000 Boss for over 8 years and remember the fan coming on twice. Unfortunately when I sold it to my nephew, I gave him the service manual I had so I can't tell you for sure what the temp rating is on that. Hopefully someone has that for you.

I have the same model and mine has never kicked on.
I have owned several air cooled motorcycles and they did not even have a radiator to cool the oil. They never had problems so I have not worried about it.

Same here, Our 02 325 magnum (same engine as your trail blazer) fan will only kick on if your working it to death. Being an air cooled design, I doubt it even needs the cooler but its there just in case. IMO
