Default Polaris 400, Spitting Coolant - Idears?

Cooling System building Pressure and starts spitting coolant out of hose at about 20 mins.

A quick breakdown of where Iam

1. Replaced Top End with Rick Ritter, Cylander, Bore, Head, All new Gaskets (Compression 139pds)
2. Replaced all Water Seals, and Crank Seals,
3. Replaced, Waterpump Gasket and Bearing
4. Replaced Head Gasket again, incase gasket was faulty and was sucking coolant
4. Tested Fan by bypassing Fan Switch and it worked (Fan wasnt coming on when overheating)
5. Replaced Radiator Fan Switch
6. Coolant is warm, so I know Waterpump is working
7. Im replacing Radiator Cap tonight, do think this will help?

Machine is a Polaris Big Boss 400l,

Is there anyway that coolant can come in at the base gasket which may act as a coolant compressor? Im just wondering what could be causing the pressure. I bleed that air screw on head, and it seams like all the coolant is flowing because it is warming during operation. The system doesnt look to be loosing any coolant except for when the hoses start spitting when it builds to much compression.

Any help?? Im about to drop money at the dealership

you said the fan was not coming on while it was spitting the antifreeze from overheating? is it overheating or is it building pressure? sometimes a new cap will help if yours is allowing it to build to much pressure from being defective. has the air been bleed all out of the bike for sure as this might cause issues as well.

I'm pretty sure it was building pressure. The top end compression was great but it seemed to be smoking a little to much. So tonight I torqued down the top end to 22 ponds instead of 19 and the smoking went away. I also installed a new radiator cap. I opened up the radiator cap while it was running it looked like it was flowing nice. I think the top end was acting as a coolant pressurizer. I went for a ride and came back to the house and the bottom hose was still leaking a tiny bit (where it used to leak a lot more). However do you think it may be because my hose split before when I had high pressure and that's what's causing the slight leak when the hose warms up and expands. I'm excited about the less smoking and good radiator flow but I'm thinking about taking it to the dealer to get the coolant system pressured check.
