Default Testing an Xplorer 400 Coil

I haven't picked up a Service manual yet so I thought I would ask if anyone knows the coil specs for testing purposes.

It's torn down at the moment for a top end rebuild. The coil came in a box with a few other odds and ends when I bought it so I can't use that method.
I'm really hoping to measure Ohm resistance with a multi-meter. I just need to know what the "good" range will be.
I will def take you up on the offer if I wind up needing a coil.
