Default Pit Bull Tires

Well I have been testing the pit bull growlers for the last few weeks and so far they have been pretty impressive. On hard pack and ice they are great, on rocks and log crossings they have done very well. In deep gravel/mud they seem to grip pretty good. So far the only area where the 27" XTR's may have done better is in REALLY deep WET snow, and I think it might just be because of the extra height and width. I tried to really test them last weekend, but nobody could keep up with me! I wanted to go farther down the trail but I was all alone and the thought of getting really stuck all by myself didn't sound like much fun.

The list of ATV's that I pulled out, then went around is:
400 Eiger
500 Sportsman
600 Sportsman
500 Vinson
800 Outty
000 Grizzly
700 King Quad
750 King Quad
And a Predator that didn't quite make it to the snow

It was great fun, the snow was deep and very soft, power was the key.

I agree they seem like great tires! I put Growlers on my wife's SP 400 and I put Rockers on my XP850. I am very happy with both and as much as I really liked my Bighorns I would pick Pitbull's again in a heartbeat!!

Nice Wolf. I'm waiting for the 26" units to be manufactured. Not sure when that's going to happen. Hoping by the fall. Not real excited about the prospect of another summer with the stock rubber. Might have to go 25.5" Growlers.

Everything I've read on them are saying the pitbulls run about a 1/2" big.
