I have a polaris xpress 300, after it sits for a hour it won't start. The case loads up with fuel. If you remove the plug from the bottom of the case and drain it, it will fire right up. I just rebuilt the motor thinking there was not enought compression to pull the fuel out, but that did not help I still have the same problem. Any Ideas

 

I think the needle and seat are bad or the float in the carb is set wrong.
