Default Sportsman 500HO Clutch

The clutch on my 02 sp was creeping pretty badly. I am going to take it off and have it rebuilt. My question is that during that time I am going to use a clutch off an 03 trailboss. I know the ebs is not as good but what else will be the issues. I put it on and the bike rides a lot quicker and smoother. What is the difference between this spring in the clutch and the sportsman. Am I loosing acceleration? Topend? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks TonyT

The spring and the weights are normally different and chances are the machine wont run the proper rpm, either to high or to low. The springs and weights from your clutch will fit and work in your borrowed clutch. The alignment might not always be correct either.
