speed key for sportsman atv's

Default speed key for sportsman atv's
I have heard of a speed key that would limit the speed of your Ranger does anybody know if they make something like that for the sportsman 4 wheelers?

Agreed. No such thing for the Sportsman quads.

i remember hearing about something like that to control speed on something but can't rember what it was, but i haven't heard of one on a polaris yet.

with fuel injected models ,you'd think they could program them to shutoff at a certain speed.
they used to sell a type of throttle lock-stop for us thumbers,but that limits the rpm's too.

These guys make speed controls for ATVs but they seem to only cater to the Ranger for Polaris.ATV-Speed-Limiters.html

The new Commander has that feature. Probably what you were thinking of. Good idea on the bigger machines.
