Non4x4 scrambler to 4x4 scrambler 400?

Default Non4x4 scrambler to 4x4 scrambler 400?

How much money would it take to convert a no 4x4 400 scrambler to a4x4 and how hard is it to do

Bout like changing a Chevy to a Cadillac!! If older chain driven model the trans shaft is different with an outer sprocket to run the center chain,PLUS you have to have the center and front ecentric assy's,Plus both struts have to be changed out to awd models!! OR you can change to a later transmission with the propshaft (needed) to the front gearcase(needed) along with the struts and both front driveshafts!! Just enjoy what you have OR trade for a 4 wheel drive! OPT

A 4wd gives you the ability to go deeper and further before getting stuck.

if the motor on your 2 wheel drive is in good shape and you have a lil knowledge of nuts and bolts then you should start looking on craigslist for a donor vehicle(a 4wd scrambler that has a junk motor)
