That's what I said on my first post ( below ) , they way you said NO above you would make people believe there are no legal secondary road running in Ontario and thats not the case .

But you can ride them on the secondary roads in Ontario just have to check the by-laws for your area

 

theres tooo many "ratrods" running round nc to not be ablie to get it tagged,..find anuttur dot officer with better addatude!!,..check with state SEMA group,..theres a few of them lil golf cart looking cars with tags round here,...dont look as safe as a side-by-side to me!! theres a list the nc-dot has that it must pass but im sure its duabile!! like you said in your first post bout home made dunebuggies,..there is a way some how!
