Default 2006 Polaris Hawkeye CDI issue

I have a bad CDI module on my 2006 Polaris Hawkeye 300 4x4. Are there any aftermarket CDI's I can purchase. If so, where? I have found several for the 2007 Model but not 2006. Will a 2007 model CDI module work on my 2006?

Thanks in advance,

Barry

Unless you've eliminated the stator or coil as a problem I wouldn't just assume the cdi is the problem. Even a cheap pdf manual on a disc can help trouble shoot problems and keep from throwing parts at an atv. http://www.ebay.com/itm/2006-POLARIS-HAWKEYE-300-4X4-ATV-REPAIR-MANUAL-/350737664563?pt=Motors_Manuals_Literature&vxp=mtr&hash=item51a9980a33 If you have a manual and are sure the cdi is the problem, then this place is about the cheapest online for this engine, but it still isn't cheap! Default 2006 Hawkeye 300 and 2007 Hawkeye 300 CDI

Hey Barry, unfortunately the two CDI years aren't interchangeable and will not work if you try to do so. I found one for the 2006 year and purchased it a while back and it's running great!. Here’s the link for the one I bought.
