Default Drill ricochet skids

Anyone use a hole saw to drill out ricochet skid plates?
For front and rear diff and tranny. It would make it easier for changing fluid. 09 850 XP

I wouldn't worry about it. I believe Ricochet uses aluminum. The metal that a hole saw is made out of will drill through thin steel. I don't think nice soft aluminum should be a problem. I've used hole saws on many steel doors (with foam cores) and they still are sharp. I imagine they'll dull eventually but mine haven't yet. I usually us Blue Mol or Vermont American.

What he said, clean up the edges with a Dremel and a sanding drum.

Thx Moose and Wire.
Yep I'll probably use buddies drill press for a cleaner cut.

Anyone else drill oil drain holes in there skids for easy fluid changes.
Buddy has ricochet on his 700 grizz and they came with pre drilled holes
