He was not happy and found this one, for 60 bucks cheaper.
I have the promark, same one that you posted a link to. If I were to buy a brush guard for myself I would have went with the Guru with the mesh in it for the terrain I ride in. My wife purchased the promark brush guard as a gift for me. she went off the advise of my brother-n law who knows I was wanting one. I would guess he helped her pick out one that looks just like the Polaris brand. Either way I'm happy with it. And it's already proved it's strength against a 3" tree that jumped in front of me. LOL

Default Bumper

MNPine, I purchased the bumper for our 800 from Polaris and the one on the 500 is like your link. The only diff is the bolts that hold the three pieces together are smaller in dia on the aftermarket but just as strong. If I were to buy one again, I'd get the one on your link through ebay. Cheaper and free shipping. Ship'n was fast. Going to buy their rear bumber this week. Hope this helps.

I just installed this bumber on a 2010 800 sportsman. I had to grind a notch on the 2 brackets that bolt to frame. not a lot, but a littlt to clear front plastic and align holes.

Mikka, thanks for the pic on the plow. I have not tried my moose plow yet, with this setup. But know I how to fix. Do you like the rope instead of the cable? My cable wore through and broke once last year and wondered if I should try the rope.
