I was recently given this machine for helping a guy out. It has run since I brought it home but I just can't seem to get it to fire. i have completely dismantled and cleaned the carb already. I have power to the key, from the key to the box on the left side of the machine and from there into the rev limiter and rectifier. Should there be power coming back out even with the engine not running? I checked the three prong plug going into the coil and no power there.
