Default valve adjustment

I want to adjust my valves on my 2006 sportsman 500 efi. I know the twins do not need adjusted but the fuji engines do. what kinda work am i looking at here difficulty and time wise. Im pretty handy so i think i can handle it once i figure out what to do. what should i measure the gap with. i hate to take it to a dealer cause i will get way overcharged for shop fees and i do all my other maintanance myself so i would like to be able to do this too

The fuji 500 motor is the same ,throttle body or carb.

My god I feel sick now after watching that video. We never adjusted the valves on the 97 500 with 7500 miles or my 2001 with 3500 miles.
